Kristen at Saddlery Solutions is amazing! She has worked with us through three fittings and two saddles and maximized my horse’s comfort throughout. She takes a lot of time to explain everything that she sees/does and she is so very knowledgeable about horse/rider anatomy! She has been able to keep my horse and I comfortable through all of his weight and muscling changes as our work has varied over the past few years, and every time that she has adjusted my saddles I notice an IMMEDIATE improvement in my horse’s way of going and freedom of movement. Kristen evaluated my four saddles after my 10yo please/trail Quarab started showing lameness issues originating in/near his withers. She took her time explaining what she was looking at and I learned a lot from her about saddle fit. While she did have me try one of the saddles she is a rep for, I never felt pressured to buy anything from her. It was merely a way to illustrate what a difference a properly fitting saddle can make. She left me with measurements and specifics on what to look for when shopping. With her help I found a custom saddle maker within my budget and was able to purchase a well fitting and quality saddle for the cost of a factory saddle. I scheduled a follow-up with her to verify the fit and help me learn about my new rigging. Most importantly, my gelding’s attitude towards being saddled and ridden has made a complete recovery! Oh, and she is also highly personable and very professional. I have and will continue recommending her services.
